Warnung E-Mail – Erpressung basierend auf altem Passwort Hack
Es sind aktuell vermehrt Erpressungs-Mails im Umlauf ohne wirklich etwas zum Erpressen zu haben. Bei diesen Mails wird der Eindruck geschaffen, dass der Angreifer Informationen bzw. Videos usw. über die Person hätte. Das ganze wird noch mit einem Passwort untermauert.
Dieses Passwort kann(!) ein echtes sein. Der Hintergrund ist, dass bei Hackerangriffen teilweise auch Passwörter im Klartext abgegriffen werden.
Da es viel zu umständlich ist und schlicht kein Geld bringt etwas mit gehackten Accounts von XY Seiten/Foren usw. anzufangen... Wurde nun so eine "Erpressungsmail" aufgesetzt.
Diese Mail basiert z.B. auf dieser Sammlung von 500 Millionen E-Mail Adressen und dazugehörigen Passwörtern. (vgl. Meldung vom BKA)

Die E-Mail hat auch keinerlei Tracking Pixel. Weil dieser würde auch sofort von den üblichen Mail Clients geblockt werden.
